Professional Skills
Construction Project Management Education
Terry has managed several large and small scale projects since 1999 in the Firm’s ongoing commitment to the Fayetteville-Manlius Central School District. These projects have included new and expanded athletic fields and complexes; capital improvement projects; roadway, parking and plaza design; traffic and pedestrian flow; and a landscape master plan.
Site Plan Approval
Terry has successfully achieved approval of site plan review projects for commercial and private clients by the Town of DeWitt, Town of Pompey, Town of Skaneateles and City of Syracuse as well as a number of other municipalities in New York State.
Recreation Master Planning
In concert with the Town of LaGrange, Terry developed a town-wide Recreation Master Plan currently being adopted for implementation. The plan covers various community recreation needs generated by the significant growth of this municipality.Residential Subdivision Design
In both Massachusetts and New York State, Terry has designed and developed subdivision plans blending the subdivision with the surrounding environment in an aesthetic and sound manner.
Environmental Philosophy
Overall, Terry has combined her education in environmental conservation and skills in landscape architecture to competently design sites that harmonize with the environment. Terry has become a specialist in Stormwater Management and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Planning and considers this expertise to be essential to environmental protection. Her dedication to environmental concerns results in skilled and creative solutions for clients in the private and public sectors.
